Katy's First Day of...

Building Blocks.

It's a program Katy can attend at her homeschooling center. She has two teachers and they review what she learns at home. On mondays she has PE and Wednesdays she has kindermusik.

She had a great time and she says she loves it. She also made two new friends and they are boys ( that's exactly what she told me ).

It's Been Awhile....

since I have posted anything.  Things have been crazy this summer during the month of June we had a vicar with us and he was shadowing Josh at work.  The kids and I went to Bloomington for a little over a week to visit and see family.  So here are some pictures from the past few weeks and a few from B-Town!

Hope your not to hot form this summer heat.  Say this over and over and maybe just maybe it will come true:  "Bring on the Early Fall! and a VERY cold and SNOW Filled Winter!"

After a very long night at chucky cheeses Katy and her cousin Amelia are having a sleepover. They put their Jammie's on and listened to "The Beetles Yellow Submarine" book on my iPad. Sometimes they even sang along. Tomorrow morning we'll have pancakes with fruit. YUM!

Two Days in one!

Today is not only Mother's Day for me but it is also my 6 year Anniversary:

We woke early this morning one for Josh to take the dog on an early walk before church and two because we had a long drive to church today.  We were at Christ Memorial Lutheran Church in Malvern PA.  After church we went to a Vietnamese restaurant where we enjoyed BBQ pork and rice.  YUM!

I had a wonderful Mothers Day and Anniversary.  Happy Mother's Day to all of you Mom's out there!

Meet Zulu

Zulu is two years old and very sweet. He was brought to the animal rescue because his owners couldn't afford him anymore. We were able to play for awhile before we decided to take him home he was super friendly and obeyed simple commands. He loves to be outside as his previous owner had him out a lot and he seems very confused inside. Zoe isn't very happy but hopefully she will grow to like him soon.


We couldn't be more excited to have found such a loving puppy.
